Why is QuickBooks Online unresponsive?

Many users use QuickBooks online on a different web browser without downloading the app. Sometimes, QuickBooks stop responding online, and you look for the reason behind this issue. This can be caused because of the incorrect configuration or other internet issues. In this case, you can connect with QuickBooks Customer Service or follow the below troubleshooting steps.


Check the date and time of your device:


One of the primary causes of QuickBooks not responding is the incorrect date and time. So, you must first correct the date and time of your device and start loading the QuickBooks online again.


Clear the browser cache and cookies:


The next way is to clear all the cache and cookies from your suitable browser. For this, you can do the below steps:


  • First, you need to open the browser you usually use for QuickBooks.

  • At there, you need to press ctrl + alt + delete, and under the time range, you can choose all time.

  • Now you need to checkmark all the cookies and other side data with cached images.

  • Then, tap on the clear data option and wait for a few seconds.

  • When all the data is cleared, you need to re-access QuickBooks.


Reset the privacy and internet security:


  • You must select the start button on your desktop and enter internet options in the search box.

  • With this, you can choose the internet options and proceed to the security tab.

  • You need to move the slider to the medium-high level at the internet option.
